Creation of a thriving food forest and edible gardens – agroforestry and permaculture

Design and planning for: 150+ homes; world class gym & spa; restaurants; yoga shalas; temple spaces; treehouses; glamping; Bali joglos; bamboo domes; libraries; healthcare centers; new paradigm schools; birthing and death centers; nurseries; music and art studios; maker spaces; observatory; your dream.

Economically sustainable models, Clean energy, Preservation of approximately 60 hectares of rainforest/jungle, Integration with local neighbours and Indigenous Peoples.

Free education, Village bylaws and community guidelines, Decentralized Governance, Fractionalised ownership; Land & luxury eco resort acquisition

This masterplan will be revised and improved in preparation for execution in our Village Planting Mastermind in November 2024.

Our Intention

Our Intention is to create the systems that support human health, vitality and connection so that our children and future generations may enjoy thriving, long lives.

1 day in Antigua, 4 nights at Granja Tzkin, and 4 nights at Tropica

Antigua

We will begin our 9-day Masterplan Activation phase in Antigua, with a tour of Caoba Farms to learn about bio-diverse urban farms.

Granja Tzikin,

We will spend 4 nights at Granja Tzikin, an organic farm to table restaurant and vibrant eco-community. Our partners will introduce permaculture design, gardening, composting and practical pattern awareness, as well as provide tours to the community watershed project and numerous naturally built homesteads.

Tropica

During the final stages of the masterplan activation phase, we will stay next door to Straseed Village at Tropica. Tropica is a bamboo resort built at our neighbours farm, Finca Milan; a 3000 hectare private nature resort! Here we will visit the bamboo and cacao farm, study Mayan culture and the regional history, dive into intuitive architecture and design, and conduct a site visit of Starseed Village, for you to choose your land and design your home.

Our partners at Hummingbird Farms will provide permaculture and Agroforestry education, facilitate group design workshops, conduct on-site analysis and scale of permanence, and ultimately assist in the creation of a fully functional masterplan, which we intend on completing in November 2024, during our Village Planting Mastermind. This March we will ‘sprout’, in November we will ‘plant’.

Cacao source is an ecological social enterprise of farmers supporting women’s collectives, with an intercultural team collaborating worldwide. Based on Guatemala, they are the perfect partner to facilitate educational workshops, site visits, and integration with the local community.

Starseed Village

Starseed Village is located in Chicacao, Guatemala on 400 acres of land surrounded by natural jungle, waterfalls and vast mountain range, 45 minutes from Santiago on Lake Atitlan.

Starseed Village is still in the early stages of sustainability and we are in need of your help. The goal is to become a conscious regenerative community with a focus on small scale sustainable regenerative businesses, nature conservation, preservation and a blossoming permaculture food forest.
